The Santa Hustle Half-marathon and 5K was held today (December 16th) in Indianapolis. It was a really great course, though it was much warmer than expected. The neat thing with this race was that every participant received a Santa hat, beard and shirt. Not many runners were able to stand these accouterments for very long. The full attire for this race is modeled below by Susie, Erin, Cyndi, Bev and Missi.
Other runners from the group decided to wear some combination for at least some of the race. Nate, Abby, Jennifer, Susie, Nancy, Cyndi and Paula (below) are showing their happy faces just before the start of the half-marathon.
This is a definite must do for next year if this race comes our way again!
